Apart from fish, pumpkin seeds, avocados, nuts and almonds should be included in the menu.
  • Vegetables are products without which you can forget about effective weight loss from your stomach. It refers to all people at different age. Their greatest richness is fibre. From the perspective of the fight against excessive kilograms. But vegetables will provide the elements and vitamins necessary for the whole body to function. Not only the aspects concerning metabolism and the work of the digestive system.
  • Fruit - they will replace sweets. And by the way, they will provide vitamins and certain elements, which is important in terms of weight loss. Two important things. Firstly, not all fruit will work in a diet. Secondly, add those that can be eaten to the menu in reasonable quantities. Avoid dried fruits, such as figs, plums, bananas, because they have a lot of sugars in them. Apples; but not too ripe; currants, gooseberries, grapefruits, pomelos, raspberries and cherries can be included in the menu.

It is also necessary to take into account any health problems that you have. While the latter may reduce the form of such activity, it is unlikely to eliminate the latter completely from the process of losing weight after the age of 50.
